Our experienced consultants can help you with many aspects of your systems development, offering expertise in all areas ranging from project management and information and process analysis to design/programming, optimisation, and tuning.
Our consultants can also provide a second opinion, or help you analyse your existing undocumented legacy systems by performing a source code analysis.
Our time commitments are flexible and easily adapted to meet your needs. We can assign perFact consultants to you on a long-term basis in order to see a major project through to completion; we can also provide short-term and even last-minute advisors to step in and help you meet deadlines.
Project oversight or full execution
If you wish, you can ask perFact to take complete responsibility for a project. Our internal double-check system, unique in the industry, is designed to avoid the many common errors of interpretation and analysis apt to plague such projects and to assure achievement of the desired results.
Based on your needs and wishes, we will make an estimation of the project's feasibility, and we will give an indication of the expected delivery time and costs. You can then choose to pay for the actual costs, or (if certain conditions are met) we can arrange to complete the project on a fixed-price/fixed-date basis.
Training
We are pleased to share our experience and knowledge, in the form of training at all levels for you and your employees
PerFact can offer formal courses, workshops, or individual training in all relevant areas, ranging from project management to information analysis, program design, writing SQL and life-cycle management. We stress not mere rote learning but practical application of acquired skills and information to on-the-job situations and challenges.
Our training is, of course, always tailored in content, form, duration, and depth to meet your specific needs and goals.
Toolset
We are developing a toolset to support conceptual information analysis based on NIAM®, ORM®, FCO-IM®; to support conceptual process analysis based on the same principles; and to generate complete computer systems from the results of these analyses.
